Elyse D. Schunkewitz, LCSW is a holistic & functional psychotherapist and neuro performance coach. With a background as a clinician in the Bellevue Hospital psychiatric emergency room and personal experience overcoming burnout and medication reliance, she pioneers holistic psychotherapy informed by functional neuroscience & medicine, somatic therapies, nutrition, psychology, and fitness. Elyse works with passionate go-getters and motivated high achievers to effectively shift mindsets, overcome obstacles, create better habits, increase focus, and reduce anxiety.
