A 4-Week Stress–Inflammation Reset Program

By the end of the program, you'll walk away with a clinically grounded, personalized roadmap for lowering inflammation, stabilizing blood sugar and cortisol, healing your gut, supporting detox pathways, and building lifelong stress resilience. You’ll not only understand what to do but why your symptoms occur and exactly how to interrupt the cycle using nutrition, somatic tools, and nervous system regulation.

Who This Program Is For

This program is for you if you experience any of the following:

  • Chronic stress, burnout from elevated cortisol

  • Bloating, IBS symptoms, or unexplained gut issues

  • Struggle with symptoms associated with autoimmune disease

  • Blood sugar swings (energy crashes, “hangxiety,” emotional eating)

  • Feeling easily overwhelmed, dysregulated, or stuck in fight-or-flight

If you’re tired of piecing things together on your own, this program gives you a step-by-step, root-cause framework with the tools and education to heal within.

What You Will Get Out Of This Program

This program is ideal for individuals who:

  • Want personalized guidance without the cost of a full private program

  • Prefer live support, accountability, and community connection

  • Have tried supplements, diets, or stress “tips” but still haven’t found relief

  • Are ready to shift from symptom management to true healing and long-term regulation

If you want to understand why your body reacts the way it does—and learn the exact systems that drive inflammation, stress, and autoimmune expression—this group will be transformative.

What You’ll Get Out of This 4-Week Experience

Week 1: Learn how chronic stress drives inflammation, hormone disruption, gut issues, and mood changes, and simple grounding tools you can implement immediately.

Week 2: Learn how to stabilize blood sugar and cortisol to reduce inflammation, improve mood, and regulate the nervous system.

Week 3: Understand gut health, autoimmune expression, and how stress and trauma influence digestion and immune activation.

Week 4: Learn how to support detox pathways, reduce oxidative stress, and create a sustainable, long-term anti-inflammatory lifestyle plan.
