If you self-abandon in order to keep the peace, this workshop is for you.
When was the last time you said what you actually wanted?
Rather than…
✓ Saying yes when you wish you had said no.
✓ Over-explaining a simple "I can't make it."
✓ Staying quiet in a meeting even when you disagree.
✓Leaving conversations replaying everything you wish you had said.
If you're nodding along, you're in the right place.
You've been practicing a pattern that once helped you to feel safe, developing people-pleasing skills in order to maintain acceptance or connection.
The good news? Patterns can change!
Hi, I'm Elyse.
People-pleasing is part of my story too.
For years, I couldn't tell the difference between what I wanted and what I thought everyone else needed from me. I said “yes” when I meant “no”. I over-explained. I stayed quiet to avoid conflict, even when it came at my own expense.
What changed wasn't learning the perfect boundary script.
It was learning to listen to myself again.
Slowly, I rebuilt trust with my own body, my own needs, and my own voice.
Today, I help others do the same.
Everything in this workshop comes from that journey - both my own and the work I've done alongside clients who are ready to stop abandoning themselves and start living with greater clarity and confidence.
Imagine knowing, right away, what you actually want.
Knowing your answer before asking everyone else for theirs
Saying no without replaying the conversation all night
Speaking honestly without worrying that you're disappointing everyone
Making decisions because they feel right, not because you're trying to avoid guilt
That is what happens when you reconnect with yourself.
This workshop helps you rebuild that relationship with yourself.
Most advice tells you to "just set better boundaries."
But boundaries are difficult when you don't know what you actually want or when your nervous system believes disappointing someone isn't safe.
In this workshop, you'll learn why people-pleasing developed in the first place, how your nervous system keeps the pattern alive, and how to begin responding from self-trust instead of automatic self-abandonment.
What You'll LearnWhat You'll Learn
You'll leave understanding...
✓That people-pleasing is a pattern, not your personality
✓Why boundaries alone rarely solve it
✓How your nervous system influences the choices you make
✓How to recognize what your body is telling you before you automatically say yes
✓How to tolerate the discomfort that comes with choosing yourself
✓How to reconnect with your own wants, needs, and preferences even if you've lost touch with them
✓How to choose yourself without becoming someone you're not
