Crushing Anxiety: A Holistic and Functional Approach

You want to learn some cool new tools and tricks to better manage your anxiety
You want to eventually rewire your nervous system so you rarely, if ever, experience anxiety anymore
As a holistic and functional psychotherapist, I specialize in working with clients who have tried so many approaches but still struggle to feel calm.
In this four week group, we will cover:
Why you may struggle with meditation and alternatives to meditation when it’s just not cutting it
Various and interesting breathwork practices that go beyond your basic box breathing
The best supplements and nutrition to manage anxiety
The best lifestyle shifts and habits to drastically reduce anxiety
How to integrate movement into your life in a way that assists with reducing anxiety
The best grounding practices to help your nervous system feel safe, calm, and secure
Tools and devices to help decrease anxiety
These sessions are designed to help you feel confident that you have the tools, knowledge, and power to take control of your anxiety once and for all! A blend of didactic and process, each group session will provide an educational experience with a peer support component where participants can build connections and hold each other accountable.
Sessions will be held via Zoom on Tuesdays from 5:00 to 6:15 PM ET (except the second week) in June:

Sessions are $87/week with a 4 week commitment paid in full
